We are living through a quiet crisis. For decades, the United States government has used legal loopholes — most notably Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act — to conduct warrantless surveillance on its own citizens. Not foreign threats. Not enemy combatants. American people, on American soil, reading American emails. This is not a partisan issue. It is a constitutional one.
Conservatives for Freedom exists because the Fourth Amendment means something. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated." Those words do not expire. They do not have a national security exemption. They are not optional.
This platform is built to unite every organization, every advocate, and every citizen who refuses to accept that liberty can be silently traded away in classified courtrooms. We track the legislation, we grade the legislators, and we make it impossible to look away.
The government works for the people. Not the other way around. It is time to remind it of that.
I did not get involved in this work because it was easy. I got involved because it was necessary. The erosion of privacy is not a future threat — it is the present reality for millions of Americans who have no idea that their communications have been swept up, stored, and searched without a single judge ever signing a warrant.
What keeps me going is the clarity of the argument. This is not complicated. The Fourth Amendment says the government needs a warrant. The government found a way around it. We are saying: no. That is the entire fight. And it is a fight worth having.
Conservatives for Freedom is not about one election or one bill. It is about rebuilding the expectation — in government, in courts, and in the public — that constitutional rights are not negotiable concessions, they are the floor. We do not compromise on the floor.
If you are reading this, you are already part of the movement. Share it. Talk about it. Call your representative. Show up. The republic belongs to the people who show up for it.
Real government documents, court filings, and public records. Every claim we make is sourced. Every document here is publicly available — we just put it in one place.
I pledge to defend the Fourth Amendment — to stay informed, to hold my representatives accountable, and to stand against warrantless surveillance of the American people.
